Latasha Gillespie is the Executive Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Amazon Studios, Prime Video, and IMDb. In her role, Latasha builds mechanisms to improve diverse representation of talent (in front of and behind the camera, above and below the line); dismantles longstanding barriers to success in the entertainment industry; and tells inclusive stories that are accessible and marketed to a globally diverse audience. Latasha created the Howard Entertainment Program, the first of its kind partnership between a major studio and a Historically Black College and University (HBCU). Latasha previously led the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization across Amazon Corporate where she worked with Jeff Bezos, updated Board of Directors, and met with Congressional members on Amazon’s DEI Strategies and progress. Andrea has worked to build equity in both the public and private sector during her career, first as a conflict resolution practitioner conducting mediations for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Conflict Resolution Section, and then in the private sector as an Employee Relations and Compliance Manager working on Performance Management, HR policies, Affirmative Action Plans and accommodations for People with Disabilities. Andrea has supported Inclusion, Diversity and Equity for Amazon Web Services for the past 6 years in various roles, including program manager, learning design and facilitation, and strategic leader. Andrea currently splits her time residing in the United States in Tempe, Arizona and Kirkland, Washington.

Prior to Amazon, Nidhi worked Microsoft across Europe, Middle East & Africa and India in the ID&E space. After more than 20 years in the business, Nidhi is still a wide-eyed ID&E idealist who continues to believe in the power of inclusion and diversity to shape culture within organizations and impact the society at large. Her professional background includes senior ID&E roles at the investment bank Morgan Stanley and the Prince of Wales' charity Business in the Community, as well as change management, communications and consulting at Willis Towers Watson.
Johanna holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Business Communication, is an intercultural trainer and a Director and Board Member of SIETAR UK, the UK Chapter of the Society of Intercultural Education and Research. She speaks four and a half languages and loves exploring countries and cultures.
