Brandy Alexander-Wimberly
Sr. Director Strategy, ICON Commerce

Brandy Alexander is an enterprise digital strategist with fifteen years’ experience leading the creation of digital products, solutions and campaigns for a client base of Fortune 1000 brands. She has deep expertise helping brands scale their business on ecommerce channels including marketplaces, social and brand owned webstores. She has led commerce strategy projects for brands including Philips, T. Marzetti, Kensington, Snowsports Industry America (SIA), Reed Exhibitions along with thousands of ecommerce native brands. She is the co-founder of Spaceshop Commerce, a multichannel ecommerce agency that was recently acquired by ICON Marketing. ICON is a member of the Amazon Advertising Partner Network, Amazon Service Provider Network and they are also Shopify Experts and Adobe Commerce Bronze Partners. Look for her upcoming book “Garage Brands” available in the fall 2022.

Piers Heaton Armstrong
VP, EU Advertising Sales, Amazon Ads

Piers is Vice President of Amazon Ads Europe, based in London. His sales and accounts teams across Europe work with brands to help design ad experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful business results. Prior to this, Piers was in Seattle leading engineering, product development and business development functions for Amazon's automated marketing channels like affiliates, paid search and email. He was also President of the AmazonSmile foundation, Amazon's charitable giving program, for a number of years. Piers and his family moved back to London recently and are enjoying re-acquainting themselves with all that the UK and Europe has to offer.

Emanuele Borroni
Director of Marketing, Amazon Ads

Emanuele is Director of Marketing, Amazon Ads, based in London. His global scaled marketing and education teams help advertisers succeed on using Amazon Ads offerings to drive meaningful business results. He also runs the product, science and engineering teams that automate Amazon Ads marketing programs. Italian by birth, and Londoner by adoption, Emanuele is very passionate about eating, cooking, and the latest kitchen gadgets.

Jade Chan
AWS Global ID&E Marketing Program Manager

Jade Chan serves as a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Marketing Program Manager at Amazon Web Services. Recognized as a Amazon’s "Best of AWS" women thought leader, she has over a decade of diversity training and coaching experiences at over fifteen organizations in education, non-profit, businesses and corporate space. Born and raised in Los Angeles, started out her journey as a youth activist and is passionate about making global leaders and companies better globally! Jade serves as a motivational speaker and CEO of Diversity Unleashed, a leadership practice to help visionaries build better leaders, and pathways to advancing underrepresented talent. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her global family. Claudine Cheever
Vice President Global Brand and Marketing, Amazon

Claudine is the VP Global Brand and Marketing at Amazon. She leads the largest fixed marketing portfolio investment at Amazon, including retail, sales and cultural events, Prime, Alexa, Amazon brand, and The Climate Pledge campaigns. Under her leadership her team has delivered top five Super Bowl ads for Alexa four years in a row, created the world’s most loved holiday campaigns, and launched Echo campaigns in 14 countries and counting. Prior to Amazon, Claudine worked in Chief Strategy Officer roles at media and creative agencies, including Goodby Silverstein & Partners, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Publicis Media.

Phil Christer
Managing Director UK, Amazon Ads

Phil has been with Amazon for over two years, beginning his journey leading Amazon’s Global Agency Development team, which has led him to his current position as Managing Director of Amazon Ads UK. Phil is based in London and works with teams across Amazon globally and in Europe to develop and execute Amazon Ads’ agenda and goals across both advertisers and agencies. Prior to Amazon, Phil worked in a variety of leadership positions at Dentsu, Google, and Zenith.

Jeff Cohen
Amazon Ads Evangelist

Jeff Cohen is a globally renowned eCommerce expert focused on building community through education and empowering businesses for growth. In January 2022, Jeff joined Amazon Ads as API Evangelist, where he works with partners and advertisers to enable growth through advanced technology. Before joining Amazon, Jeff was the VP of Marketing at Seller Labs, and in 2007 Jeff founded and managed Jeff is also a devoted husband, doting father of three, and a passionate St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. He loves to sip whiskey and talk Amazon strategies.

Emily Connaker
Senior Director, Partner Marketing at Vidmob

Emily has extensive experience across digital advertising and commerce, specializing in developing external B2B partnerships and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies. As the current Global Partner Marketing lead at VidMob, she’s responsible for digital platform and agency marketing initiatives, including VidMob’s partnership with Amazon Ads. 

Prior to VidMob, Emily managed top strategic commerce partnerships and business development at Google, launching first of their kind integrations. Before that, she held a variety of Partnerships, Marketin and Product Management roles at Magento (acquired by Adobe), eBay, and

Gabriele Cucinella
Regional Lead EU Area, We Are Social

Gabriele is the Co-founder of We Are Social Italy and Spain, which he founded with lifelong friends Stefano Maggi and Ottavio Nava. In his day to day, Gabriele manages one of the largest and most innovative creative agencies in the Italian market, and as Regional Lead EU oversees its international growth in Europe. He is also Senior Vice President at Plus Company and Professor at IULM University in Milan.

Tanner Elton
VP, US Advertising Sales, Amazon Ads

Tanner Elton leads the US Advertising Sales team for Amazon Advertising. A positions he’s held since January 1, 2019. His responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of advertising strategy and execution for brands and representing the advertiser voice internally at Amazon. Prior to that, Mr. Elton served as Director of Sales for Entertainment, Automotive, Travel, Toys, and Video Games categories for Amazon from February 2014 to December 2018. He holds a B.A. from Brigham Young University and lives in Santa Monica, CA with his wife Megan and their 5 children.

Adam Epstein

Now, Adam brings his vast experience to the eCommerce space. Christine Gambino
EVP, Product Development for Ascential Digital Commerce

Christine joined Flywheel in 2018 to oversee the Engineering and Product team delivering on key product advancements including advanced bidding. In the last 3 years she has built out a data science team to drive key initiatives including automation, predictive analytics and explanatory modeling.Prior to joining Ascential, Christine worked for Under Armour, UPS, and CasServern. She has over 18 years of experience in Information Technology and has managed large Dev Ops and product teams co-located in both onshore and offshore ensuring continuous business support and productivity. Christine holds a Masters of Business Technology, IT and a Bachelor of Business Information Systems, IT from Stevenson University.

Roxane Gay
Best-selling Author, Professor, Editor, and Social Commentator

“America’s brightest new essayist.” —The Guardian

Roxane Gay is an author and cultural critic whose writing is unmatched and widely revered. Her work garners international acclaim for its reflective, no-holds-barred exploration of feminism and social criticism. With a deft eye on modern culture, she brilliantly critiques its ebb and flow with both wit and ferocity.

Words like “courage,” “humor,” and “smart” are frequently deployed when describing Roxane. Her collection of essays, Bad Feminist, is universally considered the quintessential exploration of modern feminism. NPR named it one of the best books of the year and Salon declared the book “trailblazing.” Her powerful debut novel, An Untamed State, was long listed for the Flaherty-Dunnan First Novel Prize. In 2017, Roxane released her bestselling memoir, Hunger: A Memoir of (My) Body, which was called “Luminous…intellectually rigorous and deeply moving” by the New York Times. She also released her collection of short stories, Difficult Women. The Los Angeles Times says of the collection, “There’s a distinct echo of Angela Carter or Helen Oyeyemi at play; dark fables and twisted morality tales sit alongside the contemporary and the realistic…”

In 2018, she released Not That Bad: Dispatches from Rape Culture, a valuable and searing anthology that has been described as “essential reading” and a “call to arms” by its readers. In 2020, Roxane released the short story Graceful Burdens, as an Amazon Single, as well as a graphic novel called The Sacrifice of Darkness. Roxane was the first black woman to lead a Marvel title, writing a comic series in the Black Panther universe called World of Wakanda.

Roxane hosts the Webby Award winning podcast The Roxane Gay Agenda where she has interesting conversations with interesting people. She also pens the “work friend” advice column for the New York Times, and in 2021 she began her own publishing imprint with Grove Atlantic, “Roxane Gay Books.” She has several books forthcoming including How to Be Heard, on writing advice and how to use your voice as well as The Year I Learned Everything, a YA novel. She is also at work on television and film projects including a film adaptation of Hunger and a television adaptation of her comic book The Banks.

Roxane fronts a small army of avid fans on social media and when she finds the time, she dominates the occasional Scrabble tournament.

Latasha Gillespie
Head of Global DEI, Amazon Studios, Prime Video, and IMDb

Latasha Gillespie is the Executive Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Amazon Studios, Prime Video, and IMDb. In her role, Latasha builds mechanisms to improve diverse representation of talent (in front of and behind the camera, above and below the line); dismantles longstanding barriers to success in the entertainment industry; and tells inclusive stories that are accessible and marketed to a globally diverse audience. Latasha created the Howard Entertainment Program, the first of its kind partnership between a major studio and a Historically Black College and University (HBCU). Latasha previously led the Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization across Amazon Corporate where she worked with Jeff Bezos, updated Board of Directors, and met with Congressional members on Amazon’s DEI Strategies and progress. She is credited for the company joining the HBCU Partnership Challenge and creating Amazon’s Conversations on Race and Ethnicity (CORE) annual conference and curriculum. 

Prior to Amazon, Latasha spent 20 years in Finance and Human Resources with Caterpillar Inc. She started in the Caterpillar Finance Rotation Program, with assignments in Treasury and both North America and Latin America Dealer Organizations. In 2000, Latasha joined the HR team; holding various positions including: Diversity Recruiting, Six Sigma Black Belt, Compensation and Benefits Manager, and Employee and Labor Relations Director for facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. She was also Caterpillar’s Chief Diversity Officer for three years prior to going overseas to be the head of HR for Africa, Middle East, CIS, Russia and Asia Pacific.

Latasha was featured in Forbes in 2020. Black Enterprise Magazine named her one of the 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate Diversity and she is a 2018 Ebony Magazine Power 100 Honoree. Regularly speaking on stages around the world, Latasha has been honored as a guest lecturer and presenter by Stanford University, the Hollywood Commission, the Recording Academy, the Television Academy, the NFL, the American Black Film Festival (ABFF), and others. Latasha grew up in the Chicago area and received her degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Latasha currently resides in LA with her husband Damion. They have two adult sons Damion II and Myles.


Lorenzo Giorda
Global Digital Marketing Director, Lavazza Group

Lorenzo joined Lavazza in 2019 in the role of Digital Marketing Director to lead the digital transformation of one of the most loved and successful Italian brands.

Before joining Lavazza, he worked at Google in Paris and Milan where he developed the agency business within the MarTech unit. Prior to this, he started his career in Accenture as management consultant. He also holds an MBA Instead.

Dayanne Gonzalez
Global ID&E Operations PM, AWS

Dayanne Gonzalez serves as the Global Sr. Change Management and Operations Program Manager for the Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). She has over 7+ years of experience in Operations, and is passionate about contributing towards ID&E goals through her role. Dayanne has been involved in ID&E work through the community for over 10 years, and hopes to continue to empower young minds.

Regina Hall

Regina Hall began her acting career in New York City while simultaneously earning a master's degree in Journalism from NYU. With numerous film and television credits to her name, Hall has emerged as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actresses. This year, Hall had the honor of hosting the 94th Annual Academy Awards alongside Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes.

Hall will next be seen in the upcoming mega church dark comedy HONK FOR JESUS, SAVE YOUR SOUL opposite Sterling K Brown premiering September 2nd. The film, which premiered at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival and will be distributed by Focus Features, is a satirical look at megachurch culture and the often-nebulous perspectives that are cultivated from being both entrenched in it, as well as finding yourself on the outside looking in.  Hall will also star this August 2022 in the Netflix comedy ME TIME opposite Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg which follows two friends reconnecting for a wild weekend and the aftermath that ensues.

Hall most recently starred and executive produced the critically acclaimed occult drama MASTER for Amazon Prime. The film follows two African American women at a predominantly white college in Massachusetts – one head of students (aka Master) and one a freshman – who start to experience haunting activities ingrained in the history of the school 

Last year, Hall starred on the critically acclaimed David E. Kelley Hulu drama Nine Perfect Strangers, with a cast ensemble including Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy, as ‘Carmel Schneider,’ a single mother of four who is left by her husband for a younger woman, earning her critical acclaim and an NAACP Image Award.  Hall was also nominated for an NAACP Award for her role as ‘Dawn Darcy’ in the hit Showtime comedy series Black Monday for which she appeared opposite Don Cheadle for three seasons.  

In 2017, Hall starred in the fan favorite GIRLS TRIP alongside Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, and Tiffany Haddish. The film was a global hit bringing in more than $140 million worldwide and was one of the year’s biggest and most talked-about films.  Hall can also be seen in the critically acclaimed film THE HATE U GIVE which premiered at the prestigious Toronto Film Festival in 2018.  Later that year, Hall also became the first African American actress to ever win a New York Film Critics Circle award for Best Actress for her role in Andrew Bujalski’s SUPPORT THE GIRLS.

Other past films include: BREAKING NEWS IN YUBA COUNTY with Allison Janney and Mila Kunis, SHAFT opposite Samuel L. Jackson, WHEN THE BOUGH BREAKS, BARBERSHOP 3, THE BEST MAN HOLIDAY, THINK LIKE A MAN TOO, ABOUT LAST NIGHT, LAW ABIDING CITIZEN, PAID IN FULL and SCARY MOVIE, as well as its three sequels. Hall also had supporting roles in LOVE AND BASKETBALL and DISAPPEARING ACTS. On television, she appeared in guest roles on Grandfathered, Insecure, and Black-ish. Other credits include With This Ring, Married, Law & Order: LA and Ally McBeal.

Hall’s recently launched production company, Rh Negative, has signed a first look deal with Showtime and a six-movie slate deal with ViacomCBS’ Entertainment & Youth Group.


Adam Harris
Head of Brand Partnership Studio, Twitch

Adam Harris is the Global Head of the Twitch Brand Partnership Studio. Adam is an award winning creative leader with over 18 years global media experience in the worlds of gaming, sports and entertainment. He advocates for gaming as the next big marketing opportunity and specialises in developing global gaming strategies for endemic and non-endemic brands. Adam also provides thought leadership on Live streaming best practice and how to create immersive real time digital brand experiences to the ad blocking generation. Prior to Twitch, Adam served as International Creative Director for Time Out, establishing the company's commercial content teams. Adam was named one of the world’s top 100 digital marketers in the Drum Digerati 2019 list, on the 2019 #Influencer50 list of the brightest minds in global influencer marketing and has collected a 'Leader In Sport' under 40 award.


Jujubee is a professional singer, songwriter, drag performer, makeup artist, and comedian from Boston, Massachusetts. Style and beauty have always played a major role in Jujubee’s career and is one of America’s most beloved Drag Queens. Best known for being a contestant on Season 2 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race”, Season 1 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars”, “RuPaul’s Drag U.“, a top 3 finalist on Season 5 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars”, and a top 3 finalist on "Drag Race UK vs The World." Jujubee is also one of four hosts on the hit TLC makeover series “Dragnificent”. Jujubee has also competed on international singing competition, Queen of the Universe, and released 2 EPs. “good juju: vol. 1” hit #7 on the iTunes Singer / Songwriter Albums Chart where “good juju: vol. 2" peaked at #1. Most recently, Jujubee had a 7 week run in Death Drop in London's West End.

Dave Katz
Amazon Ads Evangelist

Dave Katz is an advocate at Amazon Ads with a background in advertising optimization, statistics, and business intelligence. He started his career as a data analyst helping large brands understand their marketing effectiveness. He developed data and optimization products for multiple media companies. He now helps developers and integrators learn about the Amazon Ads API so they can build unique capabilities.

Maddy Kramer
Founder, invisible Creatives

Maddy Kramer currently works as a Creative Director.
She is LA born and raised in Argentina & Miami. 

In 2019 AdWeek recognized her among 40 other amazing women “Trailblazers breaking down barriers and opening opportunities for others" and she is a recipient of the 3 Cheers Award of the 3% Conference.

In 2018 she was one of the creatives behind the famous award-winning campaign “it’s a tide ad”, the same year One Show recognized her as “The Next Creative Leader” and in 2015 she was selected to be part of the See it Be it initiative at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. 

She is also the founder of inVisible Creatives, a female advertising creative worldwide database & woman card, a deck of cards made of important women (or more colloquially: Yas Queens). She also created the most beautiful wall, a collection of Hispanic art digitally hung on the length of the border wall between Mexico and the United States.

Maddy most recently released a podcast called, The Last Generation, where she brings together Holocaust survivors and their grandchildren to have unscripted conversations. 

Evaristus Mainsah
Vice President, People eXperience & Technology at Amazon Ads & IMDb

Evaristus Mainsah is VP, People eXperience & Technology, Amazon Ads & IMDb leading a global team of professionals supporting an organization with thousands of professionals – from creatives through to data scientists, sales and operations leaders – that generates $31B+ in annual revenue (2021). His team includes talent acquisition and talent management leaders, leadership and learning, employee experience, diversity, equity and inclusion as well as data scientists building products to improve employee experience and using technology to drive outcomes. He partners with business leadership and PXT teams across Amazon to create an inclusive and engaging culture, develop talent, and support business growth and innovation for more than 1.6 million Amazonians.

Prior to that he was General Manager, Hybrid Cloud & Edge Ecosystem, leading the IBM ecosystem team working with Global Systems Integrators and other technology ecosystem partners to enable them to deliver value to their clients through hybrid Cloud and AI. He ran other businesses including IBM’s Client Financing unit as well as the Global Asset Recovery remarketing unit – responsible for reverse logistics and remarketing of refurbished used equipment.

He also served as General Auditor of IBM, and as IBM Assistant Treasurer; and held other senior finance, operations, and sales roles across Europe and worldwide. He is a diversity champion and was Co-Chair of the Black Executive Council at IBM driving initiatives to increase representation and engagement of diverse employees, and leading the Tech for Good initiative.

Evaristus holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a Ph.D. in Engineering, an M.Sc. in Manufacturing Technology and a B.Sc in Computer Science & Electronic Engineering all from the University of Birmingham, UK. He serves on the Board of Directors of the King Baudouin Foundation-USA, a non-profit facilitating charitable giving to Europe, Africa and Asia.

Debbie Millman
Host, Design Matters and President Emeritus of American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA)

“Debbie Millman has become a singular voice in the world of intimate, enlightening conversations. She has demonstrated time, and again, why design matters.” —Roxane Gay

Named “one of the most creative people in business” by Fast Company and “one of the most influential designers working today” by Graphic Design USA, Debbie Millman is also an author, educator, brand consultant, curator, and host of the podcast Design Matters – one of the first and longest running podcasts.

Debbie is the author of seven books, including two collections of interviews that have extended the ethos and editorial vision of Design Matters to the printed page: How to Think Like a Great Graphic Designer and Brand Thinking and Other Noble Pursuits. Her most recent work, Why Design Matters: Conversations with the World’s Most Creative People is a stunning anthology of Debbie’s best interviews with visionaries from across diverse fields. Of the anthology, Publisher’s Weekly writes, “This sparkling collection is one to be savored slowly.”

Debbie’s writing and illustrations have appeared in publications such as the New York Times, New York Magazine, Print Magazine, Design Observer and Fast Company. Her artwork is included in the Boston Biennale, Chicago Design Museum, Anderson University, School of Visual Arts, Long Island University, The Wolfsonion Museum and the Czong Institute for Contemporary Art. She has been critic-in-residence at Cranbrook University, Old Dominion University, and Notre Dame University, and has conducted visual storytelling workshops all over the world.

In 2010, Debbie co-founded the world’s first graduate program in branding at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, and for 20 years, she was the President of Sterling Brands, one of the world’s leading branding consultancies. Debbie is also President Emeritus of AIGA, one of five women to hold the position in the organization’s 100-year history, as well as a board member of actor and activist Mariska Hargitay’s Joyful Heart Foundation to eradicate sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, and the rape-kit backlog.

Shyla Martinez
ID&E Global Community Activation Leader

Shyla Martinez, AWS ID&E Global Community Activations Leader, has been with Amazon Web Services for 4 1/2 years.   Prior to her current role, Shyla spent over 15 years supporting corporate compliance and contracts at three Fortune 500 tech companies, where she frequently found herself immersed in corporate social responsibility initiatives on a volunteer basis.  Her passion for people and impacting marginalized communities led her to transition from managing a global contracts management team to pursuing her passion full-time with the Inclusion Diversity and Equity team at AWS.  She now leads a small but mighty team of builders singularly focused on building strategic initiatives levering global community partners and AWS employees to create STEM pathways and disrupt social inequities for under-represented demographics.

Helen Miller
VP of Product, ZIELHOME

Helen was born in China and spent time in Hong Kong before moving to Southern California with her family while in high school. The mixture of cultural experiences and her unique way of observing the world led her to California State Long Beach's well-regarded Industrial Design program, where she received her bachelor's degree.

As VP of Product Development, Helen now oversees multiple departments in California, including the American design team. Helen showcases her strong understanding of aesthetics and brand values and her ability to integrate innovation with functionality through the award-winning products she designed for the North American and European marketplaces. During her 15-year career, Helen designed for multiple industry leaders such as Simplehuman, Umbra, Lemond Fitness, and Bosch.

Alex Morris
Founder, Vidsy

Alex Morris is the Founder of Vidsy, the world’s leading creative production platform helping marketers to produce more effective creative for social, eCommerce, and digital at scale. Since founding the company in 2015 as an undergrad at the London School of Economics, Vidsy has grown to a team of 150+ across North America and EMEA, supporting many of the world’s leading brands and media platforms. Vidsy is one of Europe’s breakout advertising and marketing technology companies, being ranked as the fastest-growing advertising company in Europe by the FT and one of the 50 fastest-growing tech companies in Europe by Deloitte, and has seen rapid growth in North America with teams in New York and Los Angeles.

Matt Perry
SVP, Managing Director, North America, Genero

Matt has over 20 years’ experience in the marketing and advertising industry including stints at renowned agency networks including WPP, DDB and M&C Saatchi across three continents, Throughout his career Matt has focused on how technology and brand marketing intersect to enhance engagement and create value for organizations. He has worked in categories including Sustainability, Energy, Travel, CPG and government. Matt currently leads Genero, North America. Genero is an agile creative and production ecosystem, combining a global professional creative network, end-to-end streamlined production platform with an expert team of marketing professionals.

Susan Posner
Sr. Partner Development Manager, Amazon Ads

Susan Posner is the lead of the Creative and Brand Experience strategic partner development pod and has been with Amazon Ads for 3.5 years. She started her career at Google developing her creative performance expertise in Rich Media, leading two of the first ever launches of the YouTube Masthead placement. She is now dedicated to supporting partners that provide creative services to brands and sellers, working to improve creative effectiveness and drive a positive, richer and engaging shopping experience.

Andrea Seitz
ID&E Strategic Projects Leader

Andrea Seitz is the Principal, Strategic Programs Leader and interim global leader for the Amazon Web Services Inclusion, Diversity and Equity team. Andrea is responsible for strategic programs that drive the AWS Inclusion, Diversity and Equity vision and goals, and well as leading the global team on implementation of a world-wide inclusion, diversity and equity strategy.  Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Arizona State University, and Master of Arts degree in Conflict Management from Columbia College of South Carolina.  Andrea has worked to build equity in both the public and private sector during her career, first as a conflict resolution practitioner conducting mediations for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Conflict Resolution Section, and then in the private sector as an Employee Relations and Compliance Manager working on Performance Management, HR policies, Affirmative Action Plans and accommodations for People with Disabilities. Andrea has supported Inclusion, Diversity and Equity for Amazon Web Services for the past 6 years in various roles, including program manager, learning design and facilitation, and strategic leader. Andrea currently splits her time residing in the United States in Tempe, Arizona and Kirkland, Washington.

Nidhi Singh

Nidhi is the Global Inclusion, Diversity & Equity(ID&E) leader across Asia, Australia , Europe Middle East, Africa & South America, at Amazon Web Services ( AWS). She believes that the purpose of technology is to create a society that is diverse, inclusive, and accessible, across every color, gender, belief, origin, ability, and community. In AWS, Nidhi helps leaders innovate and create a culture where people can do their best work. As a certified coach, she also helps them to focus on creating diverse, inclusive and equitable products for their customers. Prior to Amazon, Nidhi worked Microsoft across Europe, Middle East & Africa and India in the ID&E space. After more than 20 years in the business, Nidhi is still a wide-eyed ID&E idealist who continues to believe in the power of inclusion and diversity to shape culture within organizations and impact the society at large. She is constantly seeking ideas and looking to work with people who are obsessed about building an equitable future for the generations to come.

Tiffany R. Warren
Founder & President, ADCOLOR

As the first Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer for Sony Music Group (SMG), Tiffany drives equity and inclusion initiatives, programs and policies across all of SMG’s global recorded music, publishing and corporate divisions, reporting directly to Chairman, Rob Stringer.

Prior to joining SMG, Tiffany was the Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer for Omnicom Group, leading the strategy that supported Omnicom's vision to be a world class, benchmark company for sustainable diversity and inclusion.

Recognized as a leader in the field of diversity, Tiffany is a talent strategist with 25 years of championing diverse professionals in the creative industries. Since 2005, she has been celebrating and advocating for diversity in the creative and technology industries as the Founder and President of ADCOLOR, her non-profit organization. She has been widely recognized for the progress and direction the creative industries have taken around diversity, equity & inclusion. 

Johanna Westhauser

Johanna 'Jo' Westhauser (she/her/hers) leads Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (ID&E) for AWS EMEA. Through her work, she strives to amplify opportunities for all, regardless of backgrounds, beliefs, and (perceived) barriers. Her professional background includes senior ID&E roles at the investment bank Morgan Stanley and the Prince of Wales' charity Business in the Community, as well as change management, communications and consulting at Willis Towers Watson.

Johanna holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Business Communication, is an intercultural trainer and a Director and Board Member of SIETAR UK, the UK Chapter of the Society of Intercultural Education and Research. She speaks four and a half languages and loves exploring countries and cultures.

Anna Yang
Head of Marketing for Amazon Ads Asia

Anna Yang is responsible for growing demand of cross-border advertising for Greater China and Asia-Pacific locales. Anna has 15 years of management consulting and growth strategy experience in tech and commerce sectors. Since joining Amazon in 2018, Anna leads product and marketing of Amazon Ads Asia to help brands of all sizes from Asia-Pacific, designing ad experiences that reach customers around the world and grow their businesses into global brands.

Prior to joining Amazon, she worked at Samsung Electronics in Seoul focusing on international growth strategy projects, as well as Amazon US, The Cambridge Group, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Lu Zhang
VP of Strategic Partnerships, Ekouaer

Lu Zhang is currently working as a VP of Strategic Partnerships in NA for Salivan Network, Inc. She leads the development and implementation of strategies across a portfolio of partners in NA to support Salivan's fast growing ecommerce business globally.

Prior to Salivan, she was an experienced Senior Program Manager in Amazon for nearly 9 years, where she has led high-visibility projects, large in both scale and scope, to improve Selling Partners experience and accelerate flywheels to Amazon Selling business growth. She holds a master degree of Economics from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her free time, she loves gardening, working out, and traveling with the family. Her 3-year old boy keeps her busy all the time.
